Yes. Every payment is processed by Stripe. Card details are never stored on BuPay's servers.
What if autopay fails?
It retries automatically. If it still can't go through, the charge stays unpaid and the member gets a notification so they can pay by hand.
What if someone joins mid-month?
There's no proration. They're billed on the same day each month, starting from the day they join.
Can payments be refunded?
Yes. A member requests a refund in the app, and once an admin approves it, the money goes back to the original payment method.
