Recurring Membership Fees (Auto-Renewal)

If a club offers membership plans, fees renew automatically from the date you join, every month, every 3 months or every year depending on the plan, and each renewal is charged at that period's fee (set by the club and shown in the app and on the payment screen before you pay). There is no fixed term; plans continue until cancelled. You can cancel optional add-on plans and change your base plan under "Change plan" in the app. To be exempted from a required plan or to cancel your base plan, contact your club admin. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no prorated refund.

Returns and Exchanges

Members can request a refund of any charge (game fees, entry fees, membership fees, insurance premiums and other charges) within 7 days of payment. Refunds are made to the original payment method only after a club admin or organization admin approves the request. Declined requests are not refunded. The platform fee (system usage fee) is not refunded, whether the member or the organization pays it. Please refer to our refund policy (Section 8) in the Terms of Service for details.

BuPay is a payment platform for sports teams and organizations. Payments are accepted by BuPay G.K. through Stripe, and the amount after fees is transferred instantly to each club (its Stripe Connect account) at the time of payment.

BuPay provides a payment management platform for sports teams, clubs, and organizations. Fees that members pay, such as game and membership fees, are accepted by BuPay G.K. through Stripe and transferred instantly to each club at the time of payment.

3Scope of Responsibility

As the platform operator, we provide system infrastructure, accept payments, and provide user support. Each club is responsible for the content and quality of the activities and services it offers. Refunds follow the returns policy above: when a club or organization admin approves a member's request, we issue the refund through Stripe.
