About BuPay
BuPay provides a payment management platform for sports teams, clubs, and organizations. Our platform serves as an intermediary service to facilitate payments between team organizers (sellers) and members (buyers).
Scope of Responsibility
As the platform operator, we provide system infrastructure, payment processing intermediation, and user support. Each team organizer is responsible for the content, quality, and refund policies of the services and products they offer.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Stripe. Each team organizer maintains their own seller account through Stripe Connect and receives payments directly. We do not directly receive payment amounts except for platform fees.
