If you already have an account, sign in from the same screen. It's the same account as the web.

You can also sign up with Google or LINE. To use an email address, press "Sign up with email".
Enter your name and email
Enter your name in kanji and kana, and pick your date of birth by year, month and day; it's used for insurance age bands and plan age limits. The password needs 8+ characters. Then press "Create account".
Enter the 6-digit email code
A 6-digit code is sent to your email. Verification continues as soon as you enter the last digit.
Tip: No code? Check your spam folder, wait a moment, then tap "Resend".Add a profile photo
It helps teammates recognise you. You can add one later, so skipping is fine.
Choose an appearance
Choose light or dark, then a main colour (navy, forest, terracotta or ink). Change them later under Appearance.
Notifications, camera and biometrics
Three short screens follow: notifications, camera and biometrics (the image shows the notifications one). Each can be skipped with "Not now".
- Notifications: push alerts for new charges and game changes
- Camera: used to scan invite QR codes
- Biometrics: sign in with Face ID or fingerprint (supported devices only)
Enter your invite code
Enter the 8-character code from your manager (for example ABCD-2345), one character per box. If you got a QR code, use "Scan QR code".
Check the invite and choose who's joining
Check the team and who invited you. Joining takes four steps: Member, Plan, Autopay, Review costs. First, choose the profile that's joining (you or your child).
Choose a plan
Pick one standard plan plus any add-ons. Everyone plans are included automatically; plans outside your age range can't be picked.
Set up autopay
Save a card once and this team's membership fees, entry fee, insurance premiums and game fees are paid automatically. Use "Save card and turn on", or skip with "Pay each time instead".
Tip: In clubs that require autopay, you can't join without saving a card. If autopay is already on for this team, this step is skipped.Review the costs
Shows today's first payment for the joining fee, plans and insurance premium, and when each renews. Nothing is pro-rated. Under Payment method you'll see "Autopay · set" or "Pay each time", which "Turn on autopay" switches. BuPay only collects the premium; cover depends on your organisation's registration.
Check the total and accept
Check today's total and tap "Accept invitation". With autopay set, today's total is charged to your saved card after you join.
You're in
Home opens in the organisation you joined, with your next game and any unpaid charges.
Change the appearance later
Profile → Appearance switches light or dark and the main colour (navy, forest, terracotta, ink). It's saved on this device only.
