BuPay1. Create an account
In the BuPay app, tap Sign up and register with email, Google or LINE. The app and the web version use the same account.
2. Enter the invite code
In Join team, enter the 8-character code you received. If you got a QR code, use Scan QR code.
When the team appears, choose whether you or your child is joining.
3. Pick a plan
Choose one standard plan and add any add-ons. Everyone plans are included automatically.
4. Set up autopay and join
In the next step, Autopay, save a card once. Membership fees, the entry fee, insurance premiums and event fees are then paid automatically when they're billed.
Check the cost and tap Accept invitation — you're in. Autopay turns on as you join.
5. Pay
Everything unpaid is in the Payments tab. Select a few and pay them together. Payment happens on Stripe's secure page.

If something goes wrong
Does my child need their own account?
No. Add your child to your account as family. You can pay for brothers and sisters together from one account.
How can I pay?
By credit card, and you may also see convenience-store payment or PayPay. Your card details are never stored by BuPay.
I paid by mistake
Within 7 days of paying, you can request a refund from the invoice. It's refunded once a club or organization admin approves it.
