A website for your club,
free.

Schedule, notices and fees fill in automatically from BuPay. Trial bookings and join requests come in through the site.

How it works

Add your schedule,
and it's on your site.

Visitors don't need a BuPay account to apply.

  1. Add your schedule

Enter games and practices in BuPay, the way you already do.

  2. It appears on your site

Your schedule, notices and fees show up on the club's website as they are.

  3. Requests arrive in one inbox

Trial bookings, join requests and questions all land in the club's inbox.

01 · Always current

Run the club as usual.
The site keeps up.

Schedule, notices and fees come straight from what's already in BuPay. Nothing to re-type, nothing goes stale.

  • The next 30 days, grouped into this week and next
  • Notices you mark "Show on website"
  • Membership plans, joining fee, sports insurance and trial fees
  • Show or hide each section with one switch
02 · About your club

Introduce your club,
in your own words.

You write the intro, area, who you're recruiting, staff, venues and contact details. No photo? The site shows a band in your club's colour.

  • Staff with photo, role and a short bio
  • Venues taken from your schedule, or entered by hand
  • Links to add you on LINE, call you or follow you on social media
  • Made for phones; on a computer it also shows your LINE QR code
03 · Trials

Trial sessions,
free or paid.

Only sessions you mark "trial available" can be booked. Make trials paid and visitors pay by card or PayPay as part of booking.

  • Works on repeating sessions too
  • Siblings book together, with one payment
  • A confirmation page with receipt, map and Add to calendar
  • A confirmation email and a receipt email
04 · Joining

From join request
to team invite.

Parents apply by school year, adults by age. The form suggests the right team from each team's age range.

  • Siblings can apply together
  • Send the team invite in one click, or let it go out automatically
  • The invite email walks them into the app
  • The request closes itself once they join the team
05 · Contact

Questions come in
through the site too.

You choose the topics (plus "Other"). Trial and join forms can carry up to three questions of your own.

  • Make the phone number required, optional or hidden
  • Built-in spam protection
  • Senders get a "we've received it" email
  • You reply from the club's own address, which is never shown on the site
06 · Inbox

Every request,
in one inbox.

Questions, trial bookings and join requests in one list, with a count of what's new.

  • New, in progress, done and declined
  • Reply, send an invite or cancel a trial (and refund it from here)
  • Email to the admins you choose, plus admins' notification inbox
  • Closed requests are deleted automatically after 3, 6 or 12 months
07 · Getting started

Publish it
during setup.

New clubs build and publish their website as a setup step. Its address is then used as the club's website when you register for payouts with Stripe.

  • Fine for clubs that don't have a website of their own
  • Choose your club's own address
  • Ready for search engines and for sharing on LINE and social media
FAQ

About club websites.

Does the website cost anything?

No. Every club can build one for free. The only fee is on paid trials, where the usual per-payment fee applies, just like any other payment (and who covers it follows your organization's setting). See the pricing page for details.

Can we use our own domain?

Not yet. Your address looks like bupay.jp/c/your-club, and you choose the last part. It can't be changed once the site is published.

Do visitors need an account?

No. Anyone can book a trial, apply to join or ask a question without a BuPay account.

Can trials be free?

Yes. Each club chooses free or paid trials. Paid trials have a fee you can set per session.

What if we don't have a photo?

That's fine. Without a top photo, the site shows a band in your club's colour.

How do we know a request has come in?

The admins you choose get an email. Club and organization admins also see it in their BuPay notification inbox.
