Joining from an invite

Open an invite's QR code, link or code and you join the team in four steps, seeing every cost before you accept.

  • Participants

    Choose which profiles join. You can add a child profile on the spot.

  • Plan

    Plans for everyone are included automatically; pick one standard plan and any add-ons you want. Plans outside your age range are shown with the reason. With nothing to choose, this step is skipped.

  • Autopay

    Save a card and charges and membership fees are paid automatically. Unless the club requires it, you can choose to pay each time instead. Already on autopay? This step is skipped.

  • Review costs

    Check the entry fee, membership fees, sports insurance premium and payment method, then press "Accept invite", which shows the total. BuPay only collects the premium; whether anyone is covered depends on the organisation's own enrolment.

  • Join in the app too

    The invite page links to the BuPay app download page, and the app can scan an invite QR code to join.
