Removing members and leaving a team

Managers can remove members from a team, and members can leave on their own. Either way, charges already issued aren't voided automatically.

  • A manager removes a member

    Use "Remove from team" in the member list. The confirmation shows how many unpaid charges the member has and how much.

  • Unpaid charges stay

    After being removed or leaving, unpaid charges remain. The member can pay them any time from Payment history.

  • Voiding unpaid charges

    Tick "Void unpaid charges" (off by default) in the confirmation to void unpaid charges not yet on an invoice. Payments already in progress aren't voided. Only managers and admins who can manage charges see this option.

  • Leaving on your own

    Members can leave a team themselves ("Leave team" in the app). To have unpaid charges voided, ask the team's managers.

  • Membership fees

    A club-wide membership carries over to another team in the same club if the member is still on one.
