Members & invites

A team has managers who run it and players who take part. People join by invite: share a QR code, link or 8-character invite code, and they choose which profile joins.

  • Three ways to invite

Create an invite from the team and share it however suits. The invite page also links to the app download page.

    • QR code: scan at practice and join on the spot
    • Link: send by chat or message
    • Code: 8 characters (for example ABCD-2345), typed in
  • Joining is a short wizard

Opening an invite walks through participants → plan → autopay → review costs. The last step shows the entry fee, membership fees, sports insurance premium and payment method before "Accept invite".

    Joining from an invite
  • Profiles join, not accounts

Join as yourself or a child profile, or add a child profile while joining.

    Profiles & family
  • What players see

If the club hides the member list, players see only managers and their own profiles, with no member count. Invites to that club don't show the count either.

  • Removing and leaving

Managers remove a member with "Remove from team". The confirmation shows what they still owe, and unless "Void unpaid charges" (off by default) is ticked, they can still pay it from Payment history after leaving. Members can also leave on their own.

Yes. An account and each of its profiles can join any number of teams. For another team in the same club, the club's fee sharing setting decides the fees.
