Refunds & voids
Sometimes a charge needs reversing, and which tool you use depends on whether it's been paid. Voiding cancels a charge that hasn't been paid; refunding returns money for one that has. Both notify the member.
Void, before payment
Voiding cancels an unpaid charge so it's never collected. Use it for mistakes or players who dropped out before paying.
Refund, after payment
Refunding returns the money for a paid charge. Stripe sends it back to the member's original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.

Where to find the charge
Managers and org admins find charges in the Financials tab or on a player's profile. Players see their own charges on their profile.
The member always knows
Both actions notify the member automatically, so there's no need to explain separately.
