How sports insurance works
Collect the sports safety insurance (スポーツ安全保険) premium as a charge of type 'sports insurance'. The band (junior, adult, senior) is judged automatically from each member's age on the first day of the fiscal year, and one enrolment per organisation, member and fiscal year is recorded. BuPay only collects the premium — the club still files the group application with the Sports Safety Association itself.
Band from the birthdate
The default rates mirror the Sports Safety Association bands (up to junior high ¥800, high school to 64 ¥2,000, 65 and over ¥1,200). Each league can edit its rate table.
One enrolment per organisation
A member in several leagues of the same organisation is enrolled and charged once per year; the other leagues show 'enrolled' with the issuing league's name.
Separate from membership fees
The premium is its own charge, so fees and insurance stay separable in reports and exports.
