Yearly renewal and the roster
Insurance is a fiscal-year policy. In the renewal month (March by default) next year's premium is issued to every member automatically. The roster exports to CSV for the group filing.

The daily run issues next year's premium for every active member during the renewal month, never twice.
Roster CSV
Export team, name, kana, birthdate, age at the fiscal-year start, band, premium and status.
Paid like any other charge
Premiums are bundled into invoices and autopaid when a card is saved.
