Enabling and issuing
Enable insurance on the league's スポーツ保険 tab to see the enrolment roster. With "auto-charge on join" on, the premium is issued the moment a member joins a team.
Enable it on the league's Sports insurance tab
Set enablement, auto-charge on join, the fiscal-year start month, the renewal month, the rate table and a member-facing description. The one-day guest pass sold on game payment links is switched on here too.
Roster of enrolment status
See each member as not enrolled, pending, enrolled or exempt. 今すぐ更新を実行 (Run renewal now) charges every member who has no enrolment yet.
Exemptions
Mark a member covered elsewhere as 免除 (exempt); an unpaid premium is voided. Team managers can do the same for their own members.
Missing birthdate
Without a birthdate the band cannot be judged, so nothing is issued and the roster flags the member. Once the birthdate is added to the profile, the premium can be issued.
