BuPayTurn it on from the Insurance tab in organisation settings
Set collection on or off, the insurer or policy name, fiscal year start, renewal month, the rate table, a note for members and the application form. The organisation wizard sets the same things.
Check premiums on the roster
See every member of the organisation as not issued, unpaid, paid, exempt (other club), waived or void. "Run renewal now" issues a premium to every member not yet issued one, skipping those already issued. Voiding a premium warns that premiums your organisation has already paid to the insurer may not be returned.
Exemptions
Mark members who pay through another organisation as "Exempt (filed elsewhere)"; any unpaid premium is voided. Choose "Waive" if your organisation covers it. Managers can do the same for their own team's members only when the club turns on "Managers can waive charges".
Missing dates of birth
No band can be worked out, so nothing is issued and the list shows the birthdate as missing. Once the member adds one, the premium can be issued.
Confirming collection only
Saving with collection on asks you to tick "Our organisation handles enrolment with the insurer and pays the premiums to the insurer. BuPay only collects the premiums." Organisations that were already on see a reminder the next time they save. Cover starts once your organisation pays the insurer, so hand members the insurer's leaflet too.
