Deleting a club

Organisation admins only

Only organisation admins can delete a club.

What stops

Every automatic charge in the club stops.

• All the club's teams are deleted
• Every membership is cancelled, with no refund of the current period
• Plans are archived
• Unpaid charges not yet on an invoice, including premiums, are voided

What stays

Charges already invoiced or paid stay, and still show in finance reports and members' payment history.

Insurance settings don't change

Insurance settings belong to the organisation, so deleting a club doesn't touch them.

Undoing it

If a deleted club needs to come back, contact support. Only the club and the teams deleted with it return; cancelled memberships and voided charges don't.
