Whoever joins with the invite code becomes a club admin.
They can edit the club
Membership plans, the entry fee, fee sharing, team defaults (including event types and their colours), opponents (outside teams) and the website (page settings, forms and inbox). Sports insurance is set up by organisation admins.
They can create teams
Every team belongs to the club it was created in.
They run fees and refunds
Enrol members in plans, and approve or decline refund requests for their club. Only club and organisation admins see and handle trial and join applications from the website (the inbox); managers never see them.
