How membership fees work
Membership fees are set up as league-level plans. An annual fee bills once per fiscal year (April 1 to March 31 by default); a monthly fee bills every month on the club's collection day. Members with a saved card are charged automatically, and they can cancel any time from the web dashboard or the app.
Three layers: entry, annual, monthly
An entry fee is charged once per league. A fee plan bills either monthly or yearly, and can cover the whole league or just selected teams — combine whichever your club uses.
Age-tiered pricing
Each plan can price by age band, judged by the member's age on the first day of the fiscal year (April 1) from their profile birthdate.
Pro-rated first period
For a mid-period joiner, choose 満額 (full amount) or 日割り・按分 (pro-rated). On a yearly plan pro-rated means the months left in the cycle; on a monthly plan it means half price from the 15th.
Auto-renew, auto-pay
When a period ends the next one is issued automatically and paid with the saved card. Members without a card receive the usual payment notice instead.
