Creating plans and enrolling members
Plans are created on the league's Fees tab. Once a plan exists, pick the teams and members to enrol and the first period is issued immediately. Plans marked "auto-enrol on join" pick members up the moment they join a team.
From the league's Fees tab
A league admin (or org admin) sets the plan name, billing frequency (monthly or yearly), amount, age tiers, target teams, collection day and first-period rule. Only the frequency is fixed once the plan is created.
League-wide or team-scoped
Each plan covers either the whole league or the teams you pick. When classes charge different amounts, make one plan per class and limit it to that class's teams.
Enrolling members
Use メンバーを加入 (Enrol members) to pick teams and members. Team managers can also enrol from their members list. Anyone already on the plan is skipped.
Clubs that require a card
When the league setting "require autopay for plans" is on, members without a saved card are held until they add one, then the first period is issued. Managers can exempt individual members who pay another way.
