Billing and cancelling
Membership fees are bundled into invoices and paid like any other charge. A daily run issues fees that fall due and sends an automatic reminder for any fee still unpaid after 14 days.
Same invoice as everything else
A membership fee is a charge of type 'membership fee' and is bundled into the same invoice as game charges.
How invoices workAutopay and retries
With a saved card the fee is paid as soon as it is issued. A failed payment is retried after 3 and 7 days; after that the member pays from the normal payment notice.
Cancellation takes effect at period end
Members cancel any time from Account → Memberships. The subscription ends when the current period does, and the current period is not refunded. Managers can also cancel from the members list.
Refunds within 7 days of issue
Entry fees, membership fees and insurance premiums can be refunded within 7 days of issue. Anything older is handled as an adjustment by an organisation admin.
