BuPay1. Show the invite QR
Open the team in the app and tap Invite QR. You'll see a QR code and an 8-character invite code (e.g. ABCD-2345).
Tip: On a computer, show the same QR from Invite members on the team page.
2. Share it
Let people scan the QR on the spot, or send it to your usual group chat with Share QR image or Copy code.
Note: Invite codes expire (the screen shows when). If one has expired, open the invite screen again.
3. Members join
Members enter the code in Join team in the app, or scan the QR. They pick a plan, set up autopay, check the cost and join.
Tip: Children are added to a parent's account as family. They don't need their own account.
Once they join, they're on the listSee who joined and their roles under the team's Members.

If something goes wrong
The code doesn't work
It may have expired. Open the invite screen again and send the new code.
How do I make a member a manager?
Under the team's Members, select the person and switch their role. Managers can manage games, charges and members.
Do members pay anything when they join?
If you've set an entry fee, membership fees or sports insurance, the last step shows "Total due today". If not, they join without paying.
