BuPay1. Create a plan
On the club's Fees tab, click New plan. Choose the Standard kind (members pick one), then enter a name, billing interval (monthly, every 3 months or yearly) and amount (¥200 or more).
2. Members choose
When members join from an invite, they pick one standard plan and add any add-ons they want. Everyone plans are included automatically.
The first period is paid on the day they join, and it renews on the same date each time. There's no proration.
3. It collects itself, every month
Members with a saved card pay automatically each time. See who has paid in Member plans.

If something goes wrong
What if someone joins mid-month?
There's no proration. One full period is billed on the day they join, and it renews on that same date.
How do I change a member's plan?
Open their row in Member plans and change it. A new standard plan starts at the next renewal, with no proration or refund.
Can members cancel on their own?
Members can only cancel add-ons themselves. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period, and the current period isn't refunded.
