Check and change each member's plans

Plans on the Fees tab lists everyone, standard and add-on plans.

"New plan" asks for the kind, name, interval, amount, scope and age range. The amount is at least ¥200. Ages run from 0 to 120, or no limit.

An everyone plan created later doesn't enrol existing members automatically. Choose "Apply to everyone" from the plan's "…" menu.

Members in scope join today and are charged for the first period straight away. Members already on it, off payments or outside the age range are skipped.

The plan row shows how many members are on it.

Member plans lists the standard plan, everyone plans and add-ons, status and next billing. Search by name or filter by team.

Opening a row shows that member's plans in a panel, with current plans and any scheduled changes.

Pick one standard plan. The change applies from the next renewal and the current period carries on. Add-ons move to the new standard plan.

Untick an everyone plan to waive it from today. This period's unpaid charge is cancelled, and the panel shows the amount. Anything already paid isn't refunded. Tick it again to restart the plan from today.

After saving, the panel shows the scheduled change and the date it takes effect.

"Archive" stops new sign-ups to a plan. Current members end at the end of their period.
