Sports insurance premiums
Enable sports insurance on the league's スポーツ保険 (Sports insurance) tab to issue each member the premium for their age band. The roster shows who is enrolled, and renewal every year is automatic. BuPay only collects the premium — the club still files the application with the Sports Safety Association itself.
- 1
Open the Sports insurance tab
Open the league's Sports insurance tab. A notice reminds you that BuPay only collects the premium; the club still files the application with the Sports Safety Association.
- 2
Enable it and decide on auto-charge
Switch "enable insurance" on. With "auto-charge on join" on, a member's premium for the current fiscal year is issued the moment they join a team.
- 3
Day cover for guests
Visitors paying through a game's guest payment link can add one-day cover as an optional extra. Set its label and per-game amount.
- 4
Fiscal year and renewal month
Choose the fiscal year start month (April by default) and the renewal charge month (March). In the renewal month, next year's premium is issued to every active member automatically.
- 5
Check the rate table
The table is pre-filled with the Sports Safety Association bands (A1, C, B). Edit it as long as the bands cover ages 0 to 120 with no gaps.
- 6
Add a member note and save
Write the note members will see, then press Save insurance settings.
- 7
Issue this year's premiums
For existing members press Run renewal now and confirm with Issue premiums. Everyone without an enrolment is charged; members with no birthdate are listed in the result so you can ask them to add one.
- 8
Check the roster
The roster lists each member's birthdate, age at the start of the fiscal year, band, premium and status. Enrolment is per organisation, so members enrolled through another league show as enrolled here too.
- 9
Export the roster
Roster CSV exports team, name, kana, birthdate, age, band, premium and status — the columns the group application asks for.
- 10
What the team sees
The team's member list shows insurance status too, so managers can see at a glance who is not yet covered.
