Charge for kit and events

Costs outside games are collected through BuPay too. Kit such as jerseys, and one-off events like a dinner or a training camp, are raised as charges from the team page in three steps: type → details → charges. Membership fees, entry fees and insurance premiums are issued by the league automatically, so they are never created here.

   Open the charges tab

   Open the 負担金 (Charges) tab on the team page and press 負担金を作成 (Create charge). The 種類 (Type) column lists kit and events alongside the membership fees, entry fees and insurance premiums issued by the league.

   Pick the type

   Choose 備品の負担金 (Equipment) or イベントの負担金 (Event). The type is what groups the charge in lists, reports and the accounting export.

   Describe it and set a due date

   Write a description your members will recognise, such as 「新しいチームジャージ」 (new team jerseys). The due date is optional.

   Set the amount and who pays

   Give a per-person amount, or split a total between the selected members. Uncheck anyone who should not pay; the total and the head count show at the bottom. Because this is a one-off cost, the plan and insurance icons from the game charge screen are deliberately not shown here.

   Send the charges

   Press 負担金を作成 (Create charges) and each selected member gets their charge, which appears in the charges tab where you can follow the payments.
