Membership fees

Annual and monthly fees are created as plans on the league's Fees tab, then members are enrolled. From there the fees renew themselves, and members with a saved card are charged automatically.

   Open the Fees tab

   Open the league and choose the "Fees" tab. The entry fee, the plan list, enrolled members and entry-fee status all live here.

   Set an entry fee (optional)

   If your club charges an entry fee, enter its label and amount and save. It is issued once per member, the first time they join any plan in this league.

   Create a plan (basics)

   "Create plan" opens the wizard. Start with the plan's name and description.

   Pricing and age tiers

   Set the base amount and, if you like, a different amount per age band. Age is judged on the first day of the cycle's start month.

   Frequency and collection day

   Choose monthly or yearly (this cannot be changed later). Then set the cycle's start month, the collection day and how a mid-period joiner is charged: full amount or pro-rated.

   Choose the scope

   Apply the plan to every team in the league or to specific teams, and decide whether members are enrolled automatically when they join a team.

   Review and create

   Check the summary and press "Create plan".

   The plan is added

   The new plan appears on the Fees tab. Edit or archive it from the row menu.

   Enrol members

   "Enrol members" lets you pick the plan, then the teams and members, and confirm. The first period is issued immediately and members with a saved card are charged automatically.

    Check enrolments

    The enrolled members list shows plan, status, next charge date and amount. Members without a saved card show as waiting for a card; cancel and resume live here too.

    Entry fee status

    The entry-fee list shows who has paid and who is outstanding, and lets you issue or waive the fee by hand.

    What members see

    Members see their plans and next charge date under Account → Payments.

    Cancelling

    A member can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; the current period is not refunded.
