Set up entry and membership fees

Open the club and choose Fees. The switch at the top moves between Plans, Member plans and Joining fee.

Joining fee shows the amount and its scope (for example, shared across the club), with each member's payment status below.

"Edit" opens the joining fee amount and scope; press "Save". The joining fee is at least ¥200 and is charged once, when a member joins a team.

Under Plans, "New plan" opens a panel. Choose the kind (everyone, standard, add-on) and enter a name. Everyone charges the same amount to everyone in scope, standard is the one plan a member picks, and add-ons are optional extras.

Pick monthly, every 3 months or yearly and enter the amount. The first period is charged on the start date and renews on the same date each period. There's no proration.

With an age range, only members of that age can choose the plan. Age is judged on the start date. A warning appears when the range overlaps another plan.

Choose every team in the club, or selected teams only.

Check the panel and press "Create plan".

The new plan is listed. Edit, Apply to everyone and Archive are in the row menu.

Open a row under Member plans to see that member's plans in a panel. Choose their standard plan and add-ons, then save.

Member plans lists each member's plans, status and next billing date.

• Active: this period is paid
• Unpaid: this period hasn't been paid yet
• Off payments: for example, managers excluded from payments
• No plan chosen: no standard plan yet
• Waiting for card: the club requires a saved card and none is saved

The joining fee list shows not charged, unpaid, paid and waived. Use "Charge joining fee" or "Waive" on a row.

The invite page has four steps: Member, Plan, Autopay, Review costs. In "Choose a plan", the member picks a standard plan and any add-ons. Everyone plans are included automatically.

In the third step, "Set up autopay", the member chooses "Save card and turn on" or "Pay each time instead". With a saved card, the team's membership fees, joining fee, insurance premium and game charges are paid automatically. The step is skipped when autopay is already on for that team.

The last step, "Review costs", shows the joining fee, the first membership period, the sports insurance premium and the "Total due today". "Payment method" shows autopay (with the saved card) or pay each time, and "Change" or "Turn on autopay" switches it. "Accept invite · amount" joins the team.

Members see their memberships and next billing date under Account → Payments, and can switch standard plan or add options from "Change plan".

Members can only cancel add-ons themselves. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period, with no refund for the current one.
