Decide which plans cover a game

Covered plans decide which members a game is included for. If the club has active plans, every game has at least one. Participants you pick from the plans' members aren't charged for that game. Plan members are never added as participants automatically.

  1. Check the covered plans

    The top of the game page shows the covered plans and how many members are included at no charge.

  2. See included participants

    Participants on the plan are marked as included.

  3. Check who's charged

    Only members not on a covered plan are charged.

  4. Change the plans

    Edit the game, add or remove plans and press "Save Changes".

  5. Check the result

    The banner updates with the new number of included members.

  6. Check participants

    Participants who are newly covered become included and drop out of the charge. Their unbilled charges are voided; billed or paid ones stay. No participants are added automatically.

    Tip: Members who lose cover are never charged automatically.

  7. Member's view

    Members see "Included in (plan)" under their payment for the game.

Yes, while their current period lasts. Plans that haven't started yet, and guests, don't count.
