Collect going and not-going replies

Turn on "Ask who's coming" to ask participants whether they'll attend. It's off by default and turned on per game, per repeating schedule, or as a type default. Replies are information only; charges never change automatically.

  1. Turn it on

When creating a game, turn on "Ask who's coming" and pick a deadline: the day before, two or three days before at 20:00, or until the start. Existing games turn it on from the game page; repeating schedules when created or from "Repeat settings".

  2. Members are asked

Participants other than guests get the request by app push notification or e-mail, and in their notifications inbox.

  3. Check the replies

The game page's attendance panel shows the going, not going and no-reply counts and each member's answer. Managers can record an answer for a member.

  4. Send a reminder

"Remind" asks the members who haven't replied again, once every 24 hours. When the deadline or start is less than 36 hours away, members without a reply also get one automatic reminder.

  5. Member's view

The member's dashboard shows a prompt to reply, and they choose going or not going on the game page. They can change it until the deadline.
