Manage your league

A league groups your teams, fees, insurance and league admins. Opening a league lets you add teams, set up membership plans and insurance, and invite other admins. Creating a team and creating a plan are both step-by-step wizards, so nothing is left half-configured.

  1. 1

    Open the leagues list

Choose "Leagues" in the sidebar. Organisation admins can manage every league in the organisation.

  2. 2

    Open a league

Selecting a league opens its detail page with tabs for teams, fees, insurance, admins and team defaults.

  3. 3

    Know the tabs

A league's detail page is split into Teams, Fees, Sports insurance, Admins and Team defaults. Fees and insurance each have their own tab; the "Membership fees" and "Insurance" guides walk through them.

  4. 4

    Open team defaults

The "Team defaults" tab holds the settings applied to every team created in this league from now on. Setting them first means you don't re-enter the same configuration for each new team.

  5. 5

    Choose how you collect

Pick whether this league uses per-game charges, membership plans, or both. A fees-only club can switch per-game charges off, which removes the fee fields from team settings and game creation.

  6. 6

    Decide what new teams inherit

Set the game days, default game fee and payment split, plus whether managers are excluded from payments, whether the sport has opponents, and whether team managers may edit settings — then save. Defaults apply only to teams created after saving; existing teams are untouched.

  7. 7

Create a team (step 1: details)

Back on the "Teams" tab, "Create team" opens the wizard. Start with the team's name, description and logo.

  8. 8

Create a team (step 2: inherited settings)

Next come the team's settings — already filled in from the league defaults you just saved, so you can simply review and save. Change anything here if this one team should differ.

  9. 9

    The team is added

The new team appears in the league. From each team you can invite managers and members.

  10. 10

    Open the Fees tab

The "Fees" tab holds the entry fee, the annual / monthly plans and who is enrolled. "Create plan" opens the wizard.

    Open the Sports insurance tab

Enabling sports insurance on the スポーツ保険 tab lets you issue age-banded premiums and see the enrolment roster and its CSV export.

    Manage league admins

Use the "Admins" tab to invite and manage the people who help you run this league.
