- Club: groups teams and sets membership plans
- Team: holds players, games and charges
Created in four steps
First-sign-in setup starts with four steps: name and logo, sport, sports insurance and who pays the system usage fee. It then creates your first club, entry fee and membership plan, first team, event types and first schedule, and moves on to inviting members, your free website and payouts. Whoever creates it becomes an organisation admin. Stop part way and you can pick up again from the dashboard.

They manage every club and team and see all the finances. Invite treasurers and co-organisers as organisation admins.
The money belongs to the organisation
Payments go to the organisation's connected Stripe account. Payouts are set up at the end of setup. Members can join before that, but they can only pay once the account is ready to take payments.

What's the difference between an organisation and a team?
A team is where day-to-day activity happens: games, charges and members. The organisation sits above it, owns the clubs and teams, and receives money through Stripe.
Can I have more than one organisation?
Yes. Create and switch between them with the organisation switcher. Teams, members and finances are kept separate.
Who should be an organisation admin?
People who help run the whole organisation. Someone running a single team is better as that team's manager.
