What managers can do in the app
The BuPay app is for running a team from the touchline. Create a game, collect the fee, see who has paid, and invite people — the day-to-day of running a team is all here.
In the app
Everything that happens at team level.
- Invite members by QR code and change their role
- Create a game and issue its charges in the same flow
- Create charges that aren't tied to a game, such as kit
- Follow payment progress and send reminders
- Mark off cash you were handed, or waive a charge
On the website
Creating an organisation, managing leagues and seasons, connecting Stripe for payouts and exporting financial reports are done on the web dashboard. Both share the same account and the same data — "Open the web app" in your profile takes you there already signed in.
What you can see
Some sections depend on your league. If team settings are restricted to admins, the "Settings" section won't appear on the team page.
