Collect for kit, camps and events

Costs that aren't tied to a game work the same way — pick a type and a name, then who pays and how much.

   Open the charges menu

   On the team page, open "Charges" and choose "Create charge".

   Choose the type

   "Equipment" covers kit and consumables; "Other" covers camps, dinners and the rest. The type groups charges in lists and reports.

   Name it

   Use something members will recognise — it's what they see on their payment screen.

   Choose who pays

   Select the members to charge. As with games, everyone starts selected.

   Set the amount and create

   Enter the per-person amount and press "Create charges".

   Follow it up

   "View charges" tracks payment progress; a group is complete once everyone has paid.
