Invite by QR code and manage roles

Members join by QR code or a 6-character code. Everyone joins as a player, and can be made a manager afterwards.

   Open your team

   Pick the team from the "Teams" tab.

   Find the manage menu

   Managers see a "Manage" section with Games, Members and Invite QR.

   Show the invite QR

   "Invite QR" shows a QR code and a 6-character code. Have it scanned there and then, or share the image or the code.

   • "Share QR image" sends the image through LINE or any other app
   • "Copy code" hands over just the 6 characters

   Invite codes expire. If one has lapsed, reopening this screen issues a fresh code.

   View the roster

   "Members" lists everyone with the date they joined and their role.

   Change a role, or remove someone

   Open a member to switch their role. Managers can run games, charges and the roster; players only see their own charges and the schedule.
