Collect going / not going answers

Turn on the attendance check to ask a game's participants whether they're going. It's off by default; turn it on per game or per repeating schedule. A club or team can also have it on by default for a game type.

  1. Turn it on when creating

Turn on "Ask who's coming" on the participants step, for a once-off game or a repeating schedule alike. Choose the deadline from until the start, the day before at 20:00, 2 days before at 20:00 or 3 days before at 20:00.

  2. Change it afterwards

The Attendance row under Options on the game page turns it on or off and changes the deadline.

Tip: Turning it off clears the answers. Turning it back on asks everyone again.
  3. See the answers

The top of the game page shows the going, not going and no-reply counts. Each participant's row shows their answer too.

  4. Send a reminder

"Remind N who haven't answered" notifies everyone yet to reply. You can remind once every 24 hours. One automatic reminder also goes out when the deadline or start is within 36 hours.

  5. Record an answer for someone

Tap a participant's row to record going or not going, or clear the answer. Managers can change answers even after the deadline.
