Below the date, opponent and venue, a bar shows how much has been collected, with "Remind N unpaid". With the attendance check on, the going, not going and no-reply counts appear too. The footer also shows the unpaid count with a Remind button.
Check payments
"People & payments" lists each member's amount and status. Remind in the footer nudges everyone who hasn't paid. Under Payments, "Add charges" bills members and "Guest payment link" collects from people outside the team.
Act on one charge
Tap an unpaid row to open its actions.
- Send reminder: notifies just that person (once)
- Mark as paid: for cash received in person
- Waive charge: when you won't collect it
- Cancel charge: voids a charge made by mistake (can't be undone)

What if someone pays in cash?
Choose "Mark as paid" on their row. BuPay records it as paid.
Can I collect from people outside the team?
Yes. Use "Guest payment link" under Payments on the game page. Guests pay from the QR code without an account.
