Entry fees, membership fees and insurance per member
The team's members list shows each member's membership-plan and insurance status as icons. Open a member to see their entry fee, enrol them in a fee plan, and charge or waive their sports insurance. Creating plans and setting rates is done on the league screens in the web app.
- 1
Read the icons on the members list
Open Members on the team page: status icons sit next to each name. The shield means the member is covered by sports insurance; the badge means they are on a membership plan.
- 2
Open a member
Tapping a member opens their detail screen with three sections: entry fee, membership plans and sports insurance.
- 3
Check the entry fee
The entry fee section shows one of: not charged, charged, paid or waived. The amount, and issuing or waiving it, are handled on the league's Fees tab in the web app.
- 4
Enrol them in a plan
Press プランに登録 (Enrol in plan) under membership plans and pick a plan — the first period is issued straight away. Active plans can also be cancelled here.
If the club requires autopay, the charge is held until the member saves a card. Members who pay cash can be given an autopay exemption.

When there is no plan yet
If the league has no membership plan, a member's Membership plans section reads "No plans enrolled" and Enrol in plan has nothing to offer. Plans are created on the league's Fees tab in the web app; once one exists, each member's status shows here and as icons on the members list.

Charge or waive sports insurance
保険料を請求 (Charge premium) issues this fiscal year's premium as a charge. Members covered by another organisation, or whose premium the club pays, can be marked exempt.
BuPay only collects the premium. The club still files its application with the Sports Safety Association separately.
