1. Add a game and pick the opponent

On the team page, choose Add game, then Once-off and a type (league game, practice match…), and pick the opponent on the next screen.

If they don't use BuPay, choose Add an external team. For an intra-squad game, continue with No opponent.

Regular practice matches can use Repeating too. Each date starts with the opponent TBD; set it from that date's details with Set opponent.

2. Set the fee and bill it

After the date, venue, name and coach, set the covered plans and fee and choose who's taking part. Check the fee (per person or split evenly) and the due date, then click Create game and charge. The members get a notification.

Tip: Members covered by a fee plan show as Included and pay no game fee.

3. Check who has paid

The game details show who has paid at a glance. Nudge anyone unpaid with Remind.

Tip: For cash, tap the unpaid row in the game details in the app and choose Mark as paid.

If something goes wrong

Are members notified as soon as I create an event?

The members you pick as participants are notified when the event is created (asked to reply if attendance is on). They're notified about the fee (charge) when it is created. You can create the event first and bill for it later.

I don't want to bill people who aren't coming

Untick them in the member list and no fee is issued to them.

I don't see the opponent step

Whether events have an opponent depends on your organization's sport. Track, classes, dojos and similar sports don't show it.

Can I ask who's coming?

Yes. Turn on Ask who's coming when you create the event and participants are asked to reply going or not going. See the replies in the details and remind anyone who hasn't answered.
