Covered plans

Covered plans decide whose membership fees include a game. Participants you pick who are on a covered plan are covered and pay no fee for that game.

  • At least one per game

While the club has an active plan, every game needs at least one covered plan, of any type: everyone, standard or add-on. Clubs without plans skip this.

  • Who is covered

Participants the manager picks who are on any of the covered plans are covered. Plan members are never added automatically (except with a repeating schedule's "All plan members"). The picked members are notified, or get the attendance request instead when attendance is on.

    • Active and unpaid plans count, once their period has started
    • A plan that's being cancelled counts only while its current period lasts
    • Plans that haven't started yet, and guests, don't count
  • Covered members aren't charged

Charging a game skips covered members and managers the team keeps off payments; the add-charge page shows them as covered or excluded. Everyone else is charged as usual. Members a manager adds as participants later are judged the same way.

  • When the plans change

Billed and paid charges never change. A newly covered member's unbilled charge is voided. Members who lose cover stay participants and are never charged automatically.

  • What members see

Members see "covered" in their schedule, and the game page says it's included in their plan.
