The next 4 dates are created with the series, and a daily job adds any that are missing. A date you delete is never recreated.
Every week, every 2 weeks or monthly
Every 2 weeks counts from the first date; monthly repeats on the first date's week of the month (for example every 2nd Wednesday). A first date in the 5th week repeats on the last week of each month. The pattern and the weekday can't change after creating.
Two ways to set participants
When creating, choose "All plan members" or "Selected members". With all plan members, whoever is on the plans when a date is created takes part, and members who join later are added from the next date. With selected members, only the people you pick take part each time (anyone who has left the team is skipped). Either way they're notified, and you can switch in Repeat settings.
Covered plansNo automatic charges
A repeating schedule never creates charges. To collect from members who aren't covered, create a charge from that date's page.
Dates changed on their own
A date whose details or participants you change on its own, or whose opponent you set, is marked as edited and is left out of later bulk changes.
This and upcoming dates
Changes to the time, venue, covered plans and more can be applied to all later dates; participants stay as they are. Dates edited on their own, cancelled dates and dates with charges or payments stay as they are. The weekday can't change.
End series
Stops new dates and deletes upcoming dates nobody edited (with no charges or payments). Past dates stay.
Opponents are set per date
When a match type repeats, every date starts with the opponent "TBD". Use "Set opponent" on the game page to send a game request or pick an external team for that date.
Opponents and requestsAttendance and trial sessions
A repeating schedule can ask every date's participants for attendance, with a reply deadline. Mark it "Trial OK" and every date becomes a trial session on your website, with the trial fee carried to each date.
Attendance
