Attendance

Attendance asks members whether they're going to a game. It's off by default; a manager turns it on per game or per repeating schedule. Replies are for information only and never change charges.

  • Where to turn it on

Turn on "Ask who's coming" when creating a game, from the participants on the game page, or when creating a repeating schedule. The club's Team defaults or a team's Settings can also switch it on by default per type (only filled in when an event is created).

  • Reply deadline

Choose "Until the start", "Day before, 20:00", "2 days before, 20:00" or "3 days before, 20:00". After the deadline members can't change their reply.

  • Who is asked

Every participant except guests: the members you picked when creating (everyone on the plans with a repeating schedule's "All plan members"), and anyone added while it's on. The opposing team turns it on separately for its own side after accepting.

  • Members reply

The request arrives by push or email and in Notifications, once per person. Members choose "Going" or "Not going" on the game page on the web, or on the home screen and game page in the app, and can change it until the deadline. They can answer for family profiles too.

  • Managers can record replies

Managers can record anyone's reply, or set it back to no reply, even after the deadline. The game page shows how many are going, not going and haven't replied.

  • Reminders

"Remind n who haven't answered" nudges anyone without a reply (once every 24 hours). The daily run also sends one automatic reminder once the deadline or start is less than 36 hours away.

  • Entering charges

When you add charges to a game with attendance on, members who replied "Going" are already selected.

  • Turning it off

Replies are reset. Turning it on again asks everyone again.
