What members and parents see

When members or parents open BuPay, the dashboard brings together what the family owes, their memberships and upcoming activities. Use this when helping members get started.

  1. The dashboard

Shows the number and total of unpaid items, the family's teams and the next activity.

  2. Family fees and premiums

Each family member's annual fee, monthly fee, travel fund and insurance premium, with the next payment. A note explains that BuPay only collects the premium and that cover depends on the organisation's own enrolment.

  3. Upcoming activities

Activities covered by their plan are marked as included.

  4. An included activity

Opening the activity shows which plan covers it, for example the travel fund. When the manager asks who's coming, members reply Going or Not going here.

  5. Pay everything at once

"Pay all" settles the whole family's unpaid items in one Stripe payment, which also keeps the system usage fee down.

  6. Manage autopay and memberships

Account → Payments is where they save a card for autopay and manage their memberships.

  7. Payment history

Payment history shows invoices, payments and an annual statement (PDF). Within 7 days of paying, they can request a refund here.
