Schedule practices and competitions as activities

In individual sports, practices, competitions and other schedule entries are called activities. They have no opponent; you pick from Practice, Lesson, Tournament, Camp, Event and your club's own types. Make competitions one at a time with "Once-off" and regular training with "Repeating". Participants you pick from the covered plans take part within their membership; only the others are charged.

On the same screen, choosing Tournament fills in the duration, meet time, fee and covered plans from the club's defaults. There's no opponent step.

  4. Enter the date and venue

Enter the date, start and end times, meet time and venue. The meet time must be before the start.

  5. Enter the name and coach

Enter a name, the coach and notes. All are optional; leave the name empty and one is made for you.

  6. Set covered plans and the fee

Members on a covered plan take part within their membership. To charge everyone else, turn on "Charge a fee" and enter the per-person amount (¥200 or more).

  7. Choose who's taking part

With covered plans picked, only their members are listed and nobody starts selected; the members you pick are marked as included. If you like, "Ask who's coming" asks members to reply going or not going, and "Trial OK" takes trial applications from the website. If the club charges for trials, enter the trial fee and a guest payment link is created for you.

  10. Track it on the activity page

The activity page shows collection progress, each member's payment and who's included. When attendance or trials are on, it also shows the replies and the trial settings.
