Create a club and set its plans

A club groups teams and membership fees. In individual sports, membership plans usually collect the monthly fee, while one-off costs such as competition entry fees are collected as per-activity charges. Creating the club works as in the team-sports guide, so this page looks at plans and team defaults after it exists. The club page also has a Website tab, where you can take trial and join applications.

  1. Open Clubs

Clubs in the sidebar lists your clubs with team and member counts and unpaid joining fees.

  2. Check the club's teams

The Teams tab shows each team's next activity, plan sign-ups and unpaid amounts.

  3. Check the plans

Plans on the Fees tab shows everyone (annual fee), standard (monthly fee) and add-on (travel fund) plans.

    • Everyone: the same amount for everyone, such as an annual fee
    • Standard: the one course each member picks, such as once or twice a week
    • Add-on: extras members may add to their standard plan, such as a travel fund or coaching
  4. Create a plan

"New plan": choose the kind (standard), name, interval (monthly) and amount, and limit it to the Masters team with selected teams only.

Tip: Intervals are monthly, every 3 months or yearly, and neither the interval nor the kind can change later. Amounts start at ¥200. The first period is charged on the start date and renews on the same date; there's no proration. Add-ons have no interval of their own and are billed with the standard plan.
  5. See the new plan

The new plan is listed with its teams and sign-ups.

  6. Archive plans you no longer need

"Archive" in the "…" menu stops new sign-ups; current members end at the end of their period.

  7. Check team defaults

The Team defaults tab sets what's charged (membership plans, per-activity charges), member settings, and each type's defaults and calendar colour. Remove built-in types you don't use; "Restore standard types" brings them back. New teams start from these values.
