Follow membership fees and charges

Membership fees are billed automatically from each start date, and members with a saved card pay automatically. Activity charges can be paid together with anything else owed. Here's how to keep an eye on it all.

  1. Check member plans

    Member plans on the club's Fees tab shows each member's standard plan, everyone/add-on plans, status and next billing.

  2. Change a member's plans

    Opening a row shows current plans (standard, everyone, add-on) and scheduled changes. Changes apply from the next renewal.

  3. Track activity fees

    Payments by member on the activity page shows who has paid; remind the rest in one go.

  4. Check team charges

    The team's Charges tab shows outstanding, season collections and progress per activity.

  5. See the big picture in Financials

    Financials shows collections, progress, total outstanding and invoices across the organisation.

  6. Check fee payments

    The Fees tab in Financials covers joining fees, memberships and insurance premiums, ready to export for accounting.
