Each role manages everything inside its own box. An organization can have several clubs, a club several teams, and a team several managers.

Changing what managers can do
Switch these under Team defaults on the club. Club and organization admins can always do these, whatever the setting.
Managers can change the fee (on by default)
When off, game charges use the standard amount for the type. Types without a standard amount aren't affected.
Managers can waive charges (off by default)
When on, managers can waive charges and insurance premiums.
Team managers can change team settings (off by default)
When on, managers can change team settings. They can also delete the team.
