Create a club and set tuition plans

A club groups classes and membership fees. Studios usually collect tuition through membership plans: make a standard plan per weekly frequency or course, and each member picks one. Creating the club works as in the team-sports guide, so this page looks at tuition plans and class defaults. The club page also has a Website tab, where you can take trial and join applications.

  2. Check the club's classes

The Classes tab shows each class's next lesson, tuition sign-ups and unpaid amounts. Lessons included in tuition aren't charged separately.

  3. Check the tuition plans

Plans on the Fees tab shows everyone (annual fee), standard (tuition: once a week, twice a week, 3-month pack) and add-on (recital fund, costume hire) plans.

  4. Create a tuition plan

"New plan": kind (standard), a name such as three times a week, interval (monthly) and amount, for every class in the club.

Tip: Amounts start at ¥200. The first period is charged on the start date and renews on the same date; there's no proration.
  5. See the new plan

The new plan is listed with its scope and sign-ups.

  6. Archive a plan

Archive plans you no longer offer from the "…" menu. New sign-ups stop and current members end with their period.

  7. Check class defaults

The Class defaults tab sets what's charged, lesson days, member settings, and each type's defaults and calendar colour. For tuition-only studios, turn per-session charges off and keep membership plans only. Remove built-in types you don't use; "Restore standard types" brings them back.
