Schedule weekly sessions

Studios usually make lessons with "Repeating": every week, every 2 weeks or monthly. The next four dates are always scheduled, and the participants are either everyone on the tuition plans or the members you pick. One-off events such as recitals use "Once-off".

  1. Choose "Repeating"

Press "Add session" on the class and choose "Repeating". The next four dates are always scheduled.

  2. Pick the type

On the same screen, choosing Lesson fills in the duration, meet time and covered plans from the club's defaults. There's no opponent step.

  3. Enter the weekday, time and venue

Under Repeat choose every week, every 2 weeks or monthly, then enter the weekday, start, end, meet time and venue. The first date is optional; without one it starts on the next matching weekday. A line confirms it, such as every Thursday at 19:00.

  4. Enter the name and coach

Enter a name, the coach and notes. All are optional; leave the name empty and one is made for you.

  5. Pick plans and participants

Pick the tuition plans, then on Participants choose "All plan members" or "Selected members". Participants are included in their fees and aren't charged.

  6. Review and create

Check the first four dates and the participants, then press "Create repeating schedule". On the Participants step, "Ask who's coming" asks each date's participants to reply, and "Trial OK" lists every lesson as a trial date on the website.

  8. Open a lesson

Shows the meet time, covered plans and included participants. When attendance or trials are on, it also shows the replies and the trial settings.

  9. Open Repeat settings

Repeat settings changes the time or plans for all later lessons; the weekday and the repeat pattern can't change. To change a single lesson, edit it and choose "This date only".

  10. End the series

"End series" stops new lessons and deletes upcoming ones not changed individually. Past lessons stay.
