All guidesChoose your sport
On the sport step of the organisation wizard, choose from dance, yoga, swimming, gymnastics, bouldering, boxing, kickboxing, karate, judo, kendo and more. The wording switches to "class, session (practice for dojos), member" and the opponent step disappears from scheduling. If yours isn't listed, choose "Other" and give it the class format.
Tip: The sport can't be changed once saved.Organisation setup stepsDecide on insurance and who pays the fee
Both are organisation steps, decided before connecting Stripe. Sports insurance is off by default. To collect premiums, enter the insurer's name and your rate table (a premium per age band), then confirm that the organisation handles enrolment and pays the insurer while BuPay only collects, and turn it on. Who pays the system usage fee, the organisation or members, is chosen here too. Both can be changed later in organisation settings (the fee payer only until the first payment).
Collecting insurance premiumsInvite members and create a website
Once the club and team exist, invite members with a QR code (or choose to invite later). Next, create a free website for the club: write at least 40 characters in "About us" and publish it, and its URL is used for your Stripe registration. If you already have a website, enter its URL instead.

Receiving payouts is the last part of setup, and you can postpone it with "Set up later". Choose your business type (a club with no legal entity has its representative choose "Sole proprietor or unincorporated club"), confirm the money is received for the group, and enter the representative's details. Then verify your identity and add a bank account on Stripe. Nothing can be collected until this is done.
