How passes are issued
Season passes are issued by the league admin to every team in the league at once. The pass lands as a charge for each member and is paid like any other invoice.
The league season comes first
The pass price comes from the league's season, so the season period and price must be set on the league before anything can be issued.

One action by the league admin issues the season-pass charge to every member of every team in the league.
Purchases are tracked at both levels
The league dashboard shows how many members have purchased per team (XX/YY), while team managers see the per-member breakdown in their charge dashboard.
Members are notified
Players get a LINE notification and pay the pass through their normal invoice.
