Fees and insurance are set on the league
Membership plans (annual and monthly fees), the entry fee and sports insurance are configured at league level. A plan can apply to the whole league or only to the teams of one class, and the settings are shared by every team in the league.

Create the entry fee and the annual / monthly plans here. Limit a plan to specific teams to price each class differently.
